
I followed the recipe pretty closely except for the blueberry part; the recipe calls for fresh berries instead of frozen so that you won't get the purple color throughout your scones...
Although they looked kind of cute pre-baked on the red silpat...

The finished product did not look like the one in the cookbook.
Oh well, in the end they tasted wonderful and I would encourage you to try them with or without fresh berries.
