Dear Nicole,

I love talking with you on Skype and the fact that skype hides imperfections

(like cracks in the concrete and my so-so hair day);

and yet so clearly shows the faces Sophie makes into the video.

You look so stunning when you have The Stickies in your lap; I love how you are making that hotel room and source of creativity and love (the bonding sort).

I hope that I can be just like you when I grow up and have a husband and babies of my own.

I hope that when my Love asks me to go anywhere,

that I can think of you and say with my whole heart, "yes".

Whenever your day winds down and you read this blog,

I hope that you know:
